Assignments and action reports are readily accessible through a dedicated component located on the Miramar UI home page. This component is integrated within a dashboard, providing users with a centralized and convenient location to view and manage their tasks. By utilizing this feature, users can efficiently oversee their responsibilities, ensuring that all assignments and reports are handled promptly and effectively.

Assignment list report
The List report concatenates assignment details together showing the status, assigned to, and comments all together.
- Filter assignments by keyword/phrase. When filtering by keywords, matches are highlighted and shown in the list contents.
- Filter using quick filter charts. Default chart filters include Due Date, Type, and Status which are common fields across most assignments and make quick filtering a simple task.
- Filter with custom filters. Add or remove any filters including other filters that are common across all assignments like Created By, Created On, Assigned Date and more.
- Change the assignment report output to table, calendar, or other chart types.
Assignment table report
The Table report separates details into columns with each assignment in its own row.
- Overdue assignments are in red text.
- Unread assignments are in bold text.
- Change column widths by dragging the right side of a column.
- Change the column order by dragging and dropping a header.
- Add or remove columns to show fields that are common across assignments.
- Sort by any field (e.g., Due Date) by clicking on the column header to specify sort direction.
- Sort by multiple fields by holding Control while clicking columns to sort by.
- Export the list to a spreadsheet or other format.
Assignment calendar report
The calendar report shows assignments in weekly or monthly view by the designated calendar date for each item (e.g., Due Date). Export or print this view as desired.
Report updates and strikethrough indicator
Consider a report that displays a list of your current assignments. Upon selecting an item from this list and completing the assigned task, the assignment will advance to the subsequent user on the assignment list, such as an approver or task owner.
When an assignment is reassigned to the next user, it will be removed from your assignment report. In the event that a user returns to a report before the system has fully updated the change to the assigned object, reports are designed to apply a strikethrough to items that were previously visible in a report or dashboard but no longer appear following the most recent update to the object.
To visually indicate this change, a strikethrough effect is applied to the item as an initial indication that its status has been updated. This strikethrough serves as an effective mechanism to prevent race conditions, ensuring that the user does not encounter outdated or inaccurate information, thereby maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data presented within the report or dashboard.
