Elevated permissions that manage User access to schedules required.

The Schedules Administrative Area Tool manages "Back-end" batch-job schedules that are defined in the system. These schedules also identify which modules are used as part of each schedule. 

Access to this screen is generally restricted to users holding the Area Administrator role. However, even users with this role are usually not required to add or modify schedules. These configurations are typically overseen by a Module Developer, who will also possess the Area Administrator role.
