Enabling automatic account deactivation

Defined responsibilities and elevated access required.
Subscribers can elect to have user and interface accounts automatically disabled after a defined period of inactivity (days). These values are not set by default.
To have an inactivity period defined an admin must submit a ticket, requesting the User Type and inactivity period.
A read-only display of the values is available on the Preferences admin page.
