Who is this article for?
Ideagen EHSQ - Formerly DevonWay Users, Administrators, and Module Developers
Record access, roles, and reporting authorities access restrictions apply for exercises.
Ideagen offers self-paced training courses developed to help all levels of users in addition to the standard documentation that is available in this help documentation library. The course catalog below provides a brief overview of each course along with download links to the course outlines or workbooks and recorded session of each course.
Overview
The 1000-level courses cover common platform functions available to all users and the 2000-level courses introduce tools to assist system administrators. Advanced module developer-level courses are offered during the 3000 and 4000 level courses.
Look what we are up to!
We are updating our training documentation and videos. The 1000-level courses and 2000-level courses are being moved to the Luminate Skills Catalogue with additional Module Developer courses to follow. Until the information below can be updated, visit the courses below on the Ideagen DevonWay docs pages.
Each Skills Curriculum builds upon the previous one beginning with information every user needs to know adding information administrators and module developers must know.
Lessons
Course lessons cover topic related features, processes, tools, tips, and tricks. The lessons work in tandem with articles in the Luminate Ideagen EHQS Help documentation center. Topics will be introduced in the course readings with links to a Docs page for details and descriptions.
Hands-on exercises
Upon completion of lesson reading materials, hands-on exercises allow users to practice their skills. Some exercises may build on each other. Skipping exercises might affect the exercise experience in future lessons.
Test and training areas are available for course exercises. To gain access to these areas, contact your company's System Administrator for approval.
Check Your Understanding
Course Skills videos will review the information covered in course lesson reading. At the conclusion of the video, a knowledge assessment test is available to test a user's knowledge.
User Interface (UI)
The Miramar UI is the current Ideagen user interface that user sees and interacts with—like buttons, menus, icons, text, images, and layouts. One of the primary benefits of this UI is the improved ease of use, which ensures that both new and existing users can navigate the platform with greater confidence and efficiency.
Some legacy customers may be using the Classic UI. Please visit Getting started with the dashboard in the Classic UI for Classic UI help documentation.
