Administrators who are managing tiles in the Classic UI

Area reporting authorities, roles, and record access controls restrict visibility.

Administrators can create shared tiles and publish them to roles and/or teams. Shared Tiles appear first in a user's list of tiles, i.e. before ones they created themselves or that were shared to them by individuals. They also appear with a locked icon since other administrators can only change them. See Sharing - Tiles to learn more about the sharing of tiles.
