Good consistent performance is crucial in keeping users engaged with the software they're using. Track the response time of every request and break it down by time spent on the server, the client, and the network. This not only displays how the system is performing, and which users may be having trouble, but also where any potential bottlenecks may lie.
Open the Preferences screen from the Area Tools menu to access a host of company-level customization options. If you are unsure about the effect any of these choices will have on your application, please consult support. You can hover over the help icons for detailed information, but at an elevated level this is where you would go to set password restriction policies, anonymous access control, standard email overrides, and other useful toggles.
A customer admin should never have a need to add or modify any preferences.
The User Inactivity Setting section contains read-only values that, if set, determine when user accounts will be automatically disabled after being inactive for the defined number of days. Inactivity is defined as not logging in. As noted in the hover help, submit a ticket if you'd like these values set or modified.
In the Notification E-mails section on the Global Preferences tab of this screen, you can adjust the hour (in the subscriber's default time zone) that the platform sends daily assignment-notification emails by modifying the Time to send (daily) field value. You can also choose the day on which to send the weekly notification emails for upcoming and overdue assignments by modifying the Day to send (weekly) field value. The weekly emails are sent at 10am in the subscriber's default time zone.
