Reporting authorities, roles, and record access controls restrict data visibility.

Application tasks and assignments are displayed as search results on the dashboard tiles, under My Reports, or custom reports. Every assignment object varies significantly depending on the business application and how it was configured. For information about specific fields or workflow steps, reference the hover help or help aids.

Click "My Assignments" or "All Items", to review a list of users assigned objects.

Editing the list

• Change the column sizes by hovering over the column separators and dragging
• Drag and drop columns to change their order
• Sort the results; you can perform a multi-column sort by clicking [Sort] or a single-column sort by clicking on the column header (not every column may be sortable)
• Group by a particular distinct-value field or make a column invisible by clicking the drop-down that appears when you hover over the right edge of a column header
• Filter the results by specific values, such as items assigned to you or your teams

If a calendar date has been associated with the data objects, view them in calendar mode:

Create a shortcut by clicking [Shortcut] and giving it a name. The link will then appear in your "Shortcut" menu, and you can add it to a tile for easy one-click access.

Reports and visualizations

Object records and assignments can be viewed into the Search screen to guarantee fast access and to let you output the results into reports and grids using current report views.
