No-downtime Production Updates (2.62.2) 

(August 1, 2025)

Platform Update

We are planning no-downtime updates to deliver Platform release 2.62.2 to the following areas:

• US Production: Thursday, August 7
• US Government Cloud Production: Thursday, August 14
• Europe and Canada Production: Wednesday, August 20

You can review these release notes for an overview of the changes.

Action

Please report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which we plan to update with this new 2.62.2 version on Friday, August 1. (We will postpone the Production update if we're not confident in its quality.) This release will reach the European and Canadian Config areas on Wednesday, August 6.

Maintenance

• No-downtime software maintenance on US Production servers:
  • Between Tuesday, August 19, and Thursday, August 21
• No-downtime software maintenance on European and Canadian servers as outlined in the Maintenance Schedule.

All Updates and Resources Moving to New Support Portal

(August 8, 2025)

We are excited to launch a brand-new customer support portal packed with insights, updates, and tips tailored just for you. This documentation center includes resources for all Ideagen applications, not just DevonWay products. As we are expanding to better serve you, we are making some changes now to prepare for the launch.

DevonWay Docs

DevonWay docs have moved to the Help tab of the customer support portal.  While these new pages do have a different URL, current DevonWay Docs links are still active giving you time to update any saved bookmarks and can suggest new articles for you to review. Every day more helpful documentation articles are being added!

DevonWay University Self-Paced Courses

Over the coming months new and updated self-paced courses will move to the Skills section of the support portal. These bite sized videos walk new users through features such as dashboards, reports, and charts.

Newsletter and Release Notes

Many of you have signed up for our technology updates and to receive notification of Release Notes. The technology updates and release notifications are moving to the Community tab of the customer support portal.

In addition to the release notes and technical updates, you are invited to engage in community discussions concerning industry topics and to gain insights from experts.

To continue to receive technology and release updates in your inbox, you will need to sign up — we are not able to add you automatically due to privacy and communication preferences. This means you must opt in to stay connected.
