No-downtime Production Updates (2.60.4) starting Thursday, January 9, 2025, and Maintenance

Platform Update

We are planning no-downtime updates to deliver Platform release 2.60.4 to the following areas:

• US Production: Thursday, January 9
• US Government Cloud Production: January 16
• Europe and Canada Production: January 22

You can review these release notes for an overview of the changes. 

Action

Please report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which we plan to update with this new 2.60.4 version on Friday, January 3. (We will postpone the Production update if we're not confident in its quality.) This release will reach the European and Canadian Config areas on Wednesday, January 15.

Maintenance

• No-downtime software maintenance on US Production servers between Tuesday, January 21, and Thursday, January 23.
• No-downtime software maintenance on European and Canadian servers as outlined in the Maintenance Schedule.

No-downtime Production Update (2.60.4.1) Tuesday, January 14, 2025

We are planning a no-downtime update of US Production on Tuesday, January 14, in order to fix an issue introduced by last Thursday's 2.60.4 release to Production which could affect multi-language users with certain custom language settings. This patch will automatically be included with our subsequent updates to the Government Cloud and European and Canadian Production areas. You can review these release notes for more information. 

No-downtime Production Updates (2.60.5) starting Thursday, January 30, 2025, and Maintenance

Platform Update

We are planning no-downtime updates to deliver Platform release 2.60.5 to the following areas:

• US Production: Thursday, January 30
• US Government Cloud Production: February 6
• Europe and Canada Production: February 12

Action

DevonWay 2025 US/EU/Canada Production and UAT SSL/TLS Certificate Update

(January 28, 2025)

Config UAT/Build/Test Area Changes

On the evening of Wednesday January 29, we will update the US/EU/Canada Config UAT/Build/Test environments with a new SSL/TLS certificate since our current certificate is set to expire soon. We will install the same certificate in Production on February 5. If you have web service interfaces that you may have downloaded the current certificate into, you should seek to test them in Config UAT after next Thursday and make preparations for the Production update on February 5.

Production Area Changes

As mentioned above, on the evening of Wednesday February 5, we will be installing a new SSL/TLS US/EU/Canada Production secure certificate. This should have no impact to end-users or browsers, but if you imported our current certificate into your web services interface application, you may need to import the new certificate after the maintenance.
