No-downtime Production Updates (2.60.2) starting Thursday, November 21, 2024, and Maintenance

Platform Update

We are planning no-downtime updates to deliver Platform release 2.60.2 to the following areas:

• US Production: Thursday, November 21
• Europe and Canada Production: December 4
• US Government Cloud Production: December 5

You can review these release notes for an overview of the changes. 

Action

Please report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which we plan to update with this new 2.60.2 version on Friday, November 15. (We will postpone the Production update if we're not confident in its quality.) This release will reach the European and Canadian Config areas on Wednesday, November 27.

Maintenance

• No-downtime software maintenance on US Production servers between Tuesday, November 19, and Thursday, November 21.
• No-downtime maintenance on redundant US Production network devices on Wednesday, November 20.
• No-downtime software maintenance on European and Canadian servers as outlined in theMaintenance Schedule.
