General internet routing issue affecting some US West Coast customers

Please be aware that we have received reports of some internet routes to our US Production datacenter being slow or timing out due to what appears to be general internet backbone related issues with one of the providers for users located on the US West Coast. Since these issues are outside of our datacenters, they are largely outside of our control, but we are working with our datacenter provider to try to either re-route or disable these slow connections. It should be noted that our datacenters are supplied by many tier 1 internet providers and most routes and users are unaffected by these issues.

Please note that we are planning a no-downtime update of US Production on the evening of Thursday, November 16. You can review these release notes for an overview of the changes.

Action

Please report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which we plan to update with this new 2.57.3 version on Monday, November 13. (We will postpone the Production update if we're not confident in its quality.)

Maintenance

Between Monday, November 20, and Wednesday, November 22, we plan to perform no-downtime software maintenance on redundant US Production servers.

No-downtime US Production Update (2.57.3.2) Tuesday, November 28, 2023

Please note that we are planning a no-downtime update of US Production on Tuesday, November 28th, to add a preventative measure that ensures calculations with custom sequences run as expected. We haven't yet seen this issue in Production but wanted to include this patch out of an abundance of caution. You can review these release notes for more information.
