US Production issues with dashboard screen after 2.56.6 release yesterday (August 31, 2023)

Yesterday, we experienced an issue with the 2.56.6 release that led to a degraded situation in our US Hosted Production environment. Users may have experienced issues with the dashboard not painting correctly between 5:20-5:59pm CT due to an unexpected impact with the 2.56.6 release to US Production we previously announced.  We are performing a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine the cause and how to prevent it from happening again.

We sincerely apologize for these issues and will do everything we can to prevent a similar recurrence in the future.

No-downtime US Production Update (2.57.0) Thursday, September 14, 2023

Please note that we are planning a no-downtime update of US Production on the evening of Thursday, September 14. You can review these release notes for an overview of the changes.

Action

Please report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which we plan to update with this new 2.57.0 version on Friday, September 8. (We will postpone the Production update if we're not confident in its quality.)

Maintenance

On Wednesday, September 13, we will be performing software maintenance to the US & EU production SFTP servers. There will be a brief, less than 5 minute SFTP outage sometime between 3pm CT and 4pm CT when there is low activity for this maintenance. Any transfers attempted during this brief outage window should be automatically retried.

Between Tuesday, September 19, and Thursday, September 21, we plan to perform no-downtime software maintenance on redundant US Production servers. Also, on the evening of Thursday, September 21, we will be performing maintenance to redundant network devices.  Since the devices will be out of service during the maintenance, there is no anticipated impact with these changes.

Maintenance

Note these upcoming maintenance events, which we anticipate will have no impact on system behavior (as the devices will be out of service during the event):

• Between Monday, October 9, and Wednesday, October 11, we plan to perform no-downtime maintenance on redundant US Production servers.
• Between Tuesday, October 17, and Thursday, October 19, we plan to perform no-downtime software maintenance on redundant US Production servers.
