No-downtime US Production Update (2.55.5) Thursday, April 13, 2023, and Maintenance

Please note that we are planning a no-downtime update of US Production on the evening of Thursday, April 13. You can review these release notes for an overview of the changes.

Action

Please report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which we updated with this new 2.55.5 version on Thursday, April 6. (We will postpone the Production update if we're not confident in its quality.)

Maintenance

Between Tuesday, April 18, and Thursday, April 20, we plan to perform no-downtime software maintenance on redundant US Production servers, which we anticipate will have no impact on system behavior (as the devices will be out of service during the event).

DevonWay BI Issue After Tonight's Update

Notice

While testing after tonight's US Production update, we noticed that switching DevonWay BI reports into view mode (from edit mode) either responds slowly or not at all. Users can work around this issue by closing and then reopening the report (which opens in view mode by default). This is not an issue for those using the Miramar User Interface.

We are working on providing a resolution as soon as reasonably possible.
