Exporting is a crucial reporting option that allows users to share work and report results in various formats. The table below shows the export options for each report type:

*Exporting to ZIP creates individual items, packaged together in a single ZIP file.
Define which export option to use for PDF and ZIP exports:
- If more than one export option is available for an application the option defined as the "Default" will be used when performing the export.
- See the "Default” option by opening an item and clicking Export, without using the drop-down arrow.
Table report export limitations:
- Exporting to a .pdf or ZIP is resource intensive therefore, the number of items exported is capped at three hundred (variances may be requested).
- The number of items exported to Excel is capped at 65,530.
- Only items with checkbox selections are exported.
- If no checkbox selections exist, an attempt is made to export the full result set; this may fail if the items exceed their limits.
Exporting search result to a table tip
Make sure to include the Identifier column in your results. This ensures you have a hyperlink in your Excel file to link back to each exported object.
