Administrators with access to the User Administration screen can assign user roles using the Mass Update Users button.
The mass update tool serves as an effective solution for administrators to manage roles. It facilitates bulk updates, ensuring that changes are implemented consistently and promptly, eliminating the need for manual modifications for each individual user.
Administrators can select multiple users at once using filters to ensure that role modifications are applied consistently.

How to assign roles
- Begin by refining the search using filters to identify the appropriate user list

Click the Select Roles button
- Select a Reporting Authority

Select one or more Roles
- Click the Apply Roles button to confirm the assignment
Editing or Removing Roles
Roles and Reporting Authorities must be removed or updated on an individual user basis.
