Understanding the Mobile application release process
Who is this article for?
Mobile Users and Admins supporting company mobile updates.
An active Mobile application is required.
MDM (Mobile Device Management) enables IT administrators to securely deploy, manage, and monitor mobile devices across the organization. For the Ideagen Mobile App, MDM ensures secure installation, controlled access, compliance, and efficient device lifecycle management.
Ideagen Mobile apps are compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows 10 devices, allowing flexibility in device selection. Depending on your organization's policy, the app can be downloaded from public app stores or distributed through your corporate Mobile Device Management (MDM) system.
Users will be informed 2 to 3 weeks in advance of a Mobile release, allowing them to adequately prepare for the launch. Please work with your IT department to implement the Mobile Device Management (MDM) releases.
