Ideagen EHSQ • Enterprise and Decani mobile release notes

Enterprise or Decani users who want to know about changes to th mobile application.
Mobile application is required.
In accordance with the Ideagen EHSQ Enterprise and Decani mobile application release process, all mobile release dates below are for Production environments. When an update is made available, it is simultaneously available across all Production environments (US, EU, Canada).
Mobile releases are available for testing in Config (Build, Test, UAT) areas in advance of the Production dates via beta-testing mobile apps (like TestFlight for iOS) for those who request access. Please reach out to your Ideagen contacts to participate in beta testing.
Be sure you are using the latest version
To download the latest version of the mobile app, go to the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android) from your mobile devise and search for "Ideagen EHSQ Enterprise". For the latest version of the Windows app, please contact us.
Ensure your device meets the minimum supported device configuration before downloading the app.

Release Date: 16 October 2025- Updated PSPDFKit to address compatibility issues with iOS 26 - We've updated our PDF handling capabilities with the latest PSPDFKit 26.0.0 integration to ensure seamless compatibility with iOS 26. This update addresses known compatibility issues and will provide a more stable PDF viewing and annotation experience on the latest iOS version.
- Support fetching deltas for reference-field data - Redesigned on how the app updates its reference data to reduce loading times and data usage. The app now only downloads data that has changed since your last sync, rather than reloading all reference data. In most cases, the user will now download just a few hundred records instead of tens of thousands. This will ensure App startup and daily data refreshes are significantly quicker. Reduced mobile data consumption, especially important when working in areas with limited connectivity.
