Overview

The mobile application releases for Android, iOS, and Windows are outlined below. Mobile release notes apply to changes made in mobile production environments. Unlike platform changes, which are released to different environments at different times, mobile application updates are released globally.

Before a mobile production environment release, testing is available in the Config, Build, Test, and UAT environments through beta testing applications such as TestFlight for iOS. To participate in beta testing, contact your Customer Service representative or submit a support ticket.

Be sure you are using the latest version

To download the latest version of the mobile app, open the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile device and search for Ideagen EHSQ Enterprise. To obtain the latest version of the Windows app, contact Customer Service.

Review Preparing for deployment, to ensure your device meets the minimum supported device requirements before downloading the application.

Updated PSPDFKit to address compatibility issues with iOS 26 - We've updated our PDF handling capabilities with the latest PSPDFKit 26.0.0 integration to ensure seamless compatibility with iOS 26. This update addresses known compatibility issues and will provide a more stable PDF viewing and annotation experience on the latest iOS version.

With this update, we will not support any devices that are in iOS 15 or lower.

Support fetching deltas for reference-field data - Redesigned on how the app updates its reference data to reduce loading times and data usage. The app now only downloads data that has changed since your last sync, rather than reloading all reference data. In most cases, the user will now download just a few hundred records instead of tens of thousands. This will ensure App startup and daily data refreshes are significantly quicker. Reduced mobile data consumption, especially important when working in areas with limited connectivity.
