No-downtime Production Updates (2.61.5) starting Thursday, June 12, 2025, and Maintenance

Platform Update

We are planning no-downtime updates to deliver Platform release 2.61.5 to the following areas:

• US Production: Thursday, June 12
• US Government Cloud Production: Thursday, June 19
• Europe and Canada Production: Wednesday, June 25

You can review these release notes for an overview of the changes. 

Action

Please report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which we plan to update with this new 2.61.5 version on Friday, June 6. (We will postpone the Production update if we're not confident in its quality.) This release will reach the European and Canadian Config areas on Wednesday, June 18.

Maintenance

• No-downtime software maintenance on US Production servers between Tuesday, June 17, and Thursday, June 19.
• No-downtime software maintenance on European and Canadian servers as outlined in the Maintenance Schedule.

No-downtime Production Update (2.62.0.1) Monday, June 30, 2025

(June 28, 2025)

We are planning a no-downtime update of US Production on Monday, June 30, to fix an issue introduced by Thursday's 2.62.0 release related to uploading certain Microsoft Office files. The fix ensures that a wider range of valid Office file formats are accepted across different Office versions while maintaining security standards.

This patch will automatically be included in subsequent updates to the Government Cloud and European and Canadian Production areas. You can review these release notes for more information.
