  • Updated the Record Locator functionality (found when clicking [Enable Editing] on tabular search results) to correctly focus on the first editable field.
  • Fixed an issue with the End Date search term in the new Admin Audit Trail screen.
  • Fixed an issue that caused unsaved changes on the Notifications screen to sometimes remain when re-loading the screen.
  • Updated the Notifications screen so that Attachments are clearable, the Start Date correctly shows as required, and unsaved changes don't remain when re-loading the screen.

• Administrators:
  • Fixed an issue with the calculation of fiscal years for the search terms that reference them.
• Module Developers:
  • Fixed an issue that caused exports of module data to include at most 20 rows.
  • Resolved an error that could appear when selecting certain older module packages in the Export Module screen.
• Interfaces:
  • Added a link to the ObjectURL in RESTConnect response headers on POST and PUT requests.
  • Made some improvements to the Shared Services behavior to allow for adding URL parameters in these outbound requests.
• Other:
  • Added a more informative error message when users try to run Trending searches against reference fields, they don't have access to.
  • Made some security improvements to back-end components.

  • The new-and-improved Miramar version of Module Builder is now enabled by default if you have the Beta Features flag active on your User Profile screen. Try it out and let us know what you think!
• Miramar User Interface:
  • Fixed an issue that caused direct links to objects to sometimes take users to their Dashboard instead.
• Administrators:
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent search notifications from running correctly until they were re-saved, and another that sometimes prevented sending to single recipients.
  • Added support for suppressing Gainsight integration for individual subscribers.
• Module Developers:
  • Updated the links generated by search notifications to check the email recipient's settings (when possible) to determine if an SSO link should be included.
  • Fixed an issue with importing reports that use reference field filters.
  • Updated Small Form Factor layouts to include Workflow regions if the module has workflow enabled. We also updated these layouts to allow adding child vertical panels and regions.
• Interfaces:
  • Added support for breaking mobile submits into separate steps (via a Feature Flag) that will improve overall performance.
  • Updated dynamic Help documentation links connecting them to the new documentation library.

  • Fixed an issue with searching for attachments using certain quoted terms.

• Fixed translation fallback to ensure all interface text displays properly when translations aren't available in your preferred language.

• Added an option to improve mobile submission performance. When enabled, some processing happens in the background, so newly submitted records may take 1-2 minutes to appear with full details on desktop. Added automatic cleanup for the rare cases where mobile submissions are interrupted.

• Highlights
  • The new-and-improved Miramar version of Module Builder is now enabled by default for all users! Some of the many new features include a new smart DXL Editor with syntax highlighting and code completion for field codes and more, the ability to copy and paste field behaviors and rules, a simple and clear "Access" tab to manage roles, intuitive level and field management, drag-and-drop region management, enhanced rule management, and much more.   • Modified the Classic version of Module Builder to let those with a Module Viewer role use the Search Term function.
• Interfaces:
  • Provided the ability for those with an appropriate role to set a password expiration date using the Users API.
  • Fixed a configuration default timing issue to ensure that configuration options are respected across Command Services actions.
• Other:
  • Modified the Search Notifications screen to return a fixed number of prior runs.
  • Adjusted the styling of radio button options to more clearly indicate when they're disabled.

• Mobile Form Character Encoding: Fixed an issue where Korean, Japanese, and other multibyte character languages lost their expected formatting when submitted through mobile forms in areas configured for asynchronous submission

• Miramar User Interface:
  • Fixed an issue with At or Below searches on certain hierarchy fields returning incorrect results
  • Fixed the behavior of Modal Windows when they are defined inside Card Stack panels.
  • Updated the position and color of the Username and Single Sign On buttons to be more consistent.
  • Removed an unwanted layout shift when the progress bar is shown while saving an object.
• Administrators:
  • Updated the Password Policy behavior so that we correctly apply the password expiration date for all new users and made the password policy application more consistent.
  • Fixed an intermittent save issue on the Users screen that happened when adding or updating Alternates.
  • Updated the Module Tools screen to allow for using a SQL query to determine the list of objects for deletion.
  • Made some changes to the Teams displayed on the Miramar User's screen, including fixing the sorting, adding strikethrough text for disabled Teams, and showing the "User is an Alternate of" table.
• Module Developers (changes are all in Monaco):
  • Added auto-scroll behavior for improved dragging and dropping of regions.
  • Improved Region behavior to refresh automatically when Grid titles have changed.
  • Added support for the [Update Regions] button.
  • We now default the external reference module in the DXL editor to the reference module you’re looking at when editing from within a reference field.
  • Added the ability to limit the scope of work performed on screen refreshes triggered by child-level field changes. Module developers can add a "MOD" keyword (representing "Modified") to the Refresh List field attribute to refresh only recently updated child rows (typically only the current child row). This can significantly improve performance in cases with a lot of child rows and field calculations.
• Interfaces:
  • Fixed a RESTConnect issue that prevented GET calls on module codes that had a single character extension (like SUB-M).
• Other:
  • Removed the [Export] button on BI charts in View mode (available only in the Classic UI) to avoid potential errors. Users can still export charts by clicking [Edit Report] and then the export icon.
  • Fixed an issue with uploading Siemens NX CAD files (with a .prt extension).
  • Added a configuration setting to find the Builder servlet, which should improve the module import process in certain on-prem areas.

  • Updated the format of names on the Alternates list in the user's Profile screen for consistency.

  • Updated the Query Builder screen to include syntax highlighting and auto-complete functionality (Miramar-only)
  • Made several improvements to the Module Export screen (Miramar-only).
  • Added support for setting a Module's Save Outbound Messages flag on the Outgoing Web Services screen.
  • Fixed post-import processing to ensure that all fields populate correctly.
  • Increased the timeout when uploading Data Import files.
  • Fixed an issue that caused changes to the Password Expiration Date to be ignored if the Password was changed at the same time.

  • Made several changes to the Regions view to make it easier and more intuitive to use through an improved drag-and-drop interface.
  • Changed the behavior of the [Update Regions] button to only add missing regions.
  • Fixed an issue where the [Add Rule] button would not work properly when accessing Rule Finder from a popup.
  • Fixed Monaco's picklist behavior to allow clearing values, like the Sort Direction.
  • Added a confirmation dialog when clicking the [Enable Translations] button.
  • Fixed the Levels region to allow for editing view names.
  • Added a tooltip to allow for displaying longer child level names.
  • Fixed some errors that could occur when making changes to Workflows.
  • Resolved some alignment issues with smaller screens that caused some regions to incorrectly hide each other.
  • Improved Dark Mode colors across Monaco's regions.

  • To improve performance, added caching for protected header fields in RESTConnect.

    • Improved the error message when a file is uploaded that is larger than the 100MB limit.
