No-downtime US Production Update (2.55.0) Rescheduled for Wednesday, January 11, 2023

Notice

Please note that we are postponing the scheduled update of US Production until the evening of Wednesday, January 11.

Action

Please report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which have been running this new 2.55.0 version since December 29.

Maintenance

Our maintenance plans are not affected by this release delay. Between Tuesday, January 17, and Thursday, January 19, we plan to perform no-downtime software maintenance to redundant US Production servers. We anticipate that this will have no impact on system behavior (as the devices will be out of service during the events).

No-downtime US Production Update (2.55.0.1) Wednesday, January 18, 2023

Please note that we are planning a no-downtime update of US Production on the evening of Wednesday, January 18, to fix an issue introduced in the recent 2.55.0 release related to generating items from models (or templates). We'll reach out to the very few subscribers who were affected to ensure that we generate any items that were missed. You can also review these release notes for more information.

Please report any unexpected behavior that you notice in your US Config (Build, Test, and UAT) areas, which we plan to update with this new 2.55.1 version on Friday, January 20. (We will postpone the Production update if we're not confident in its quality.)

DevonWay 2023 US/EU/Canada Production and UAT SSL/TLS Certificate Update to Replace Expiring Certificate

(January 29, 2023)

On the evening of Wednesday, February 8, 2023, we will be installing a new SSL/TLS US/EU/Canada Production secure certificate since our current certificate is set to expire soon. This should have no impact to end-users or browsers, but if you imported our current certificate into your web services interface application, you may need to import the new certificate after the maintenance.

On the evening of Tuesday January 31, 2023, we will update the US/EU Config UAT/Build/Test environments with the new SSL/TLS certificate that we plan to install into Production on February 8, 2023. If you have web service interfaces that you may have downloaded the current certificate into, you should seek to test them in Config UAT after next Tuesday and make preparations for the Production update on February 8.
