The Profile Menu is a navigational guide to additional system settings and information. From anywhere in the system users can access the Profile Menu icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen and change certain platform related information in their profile. 

• My Profile: When enabled from the admin Users screen, users can update profile settings.
• Requests: A list of pending and completed print requests.
• Messages: Messages and announcements that are displayed the first time a user logs into the system.
• Activate Mobile: Directions to access the Mobile App, when available.
• Help: Connects users to dynamic help content adapting to a user's need as they interact with the system taking them to help documentations that are related to their current site location.
• My Company Help: (Optional) When enabled from the admin preferences screen, redirects users to customer-hosted help page in place of the User Guide link.
• Newsletter: a link to company product updates, and customer stories.
• Accessibility: System Accessibility Policy information.
• Ideagen Solution: Ideagen selected software solutions.
• Platform Release: Identifies the environment's release status and links to release documentation.
• Privacy Policy: The Privacy Policy.
• Platform Build Identifier
