- Finished another round of improvements to Form Factory, the mobile forms authoring tool.

- Made several improvements to the Trending feature, including:
  - Expanded drill-down capabilities, giving users the ability to explore new trends on current data.
  - Hierarchical rollup on the main trend screen.
  - A new Total column at the far right of the main trend screen.
  - Some new trend criteria options.
- Finished preparations for moving to the latest version of the underlying DevonWay BI software, which move will start for our internal subscriber soon after this update.
- Added support for generating PDFs for mobile-work-package documents on the server instead of the client.
- Resolved some minor issues related to values displayed on the History popup.
- Plus several other small but important changes.

- Improved search-index accuracy by reducing the (already unlikely) chance of race conditions that may lead to inaccuracies.
- Adjusted some additional database queries to minimize the possibility of database deadlocks.
- Made several improvements to the first (beta) version of Form Factory, the mobile forms authoring tool.
- Created a desktop UI feature that generates a QR code with mobile login information for first-time mobile users. Just click the 'Mobile QR Code' option from the question-mark icon at the top right of the Dashboard.
- Continued to root out behind-the-scenes issues that can clutter log files or use up resources unnecessarily.
- Plus several other small but important changes.

- Added support for a more secure connection between application servers and the database.
- Improved RESTConnect support for searching public reference data.
- Adjusted some specific database queries to minimize the possibility of database deadlocks.
- Resolved a few minor incidents related to the Trending feature.
- Built report-conversion utilities in preparation for moving to the latest version of the underlying DevonWay BI software.
- Finished the first (beta) version of Form Factory, the mobile forms authoring tool.
- Plus several other small but important changes.

- Added support for the latest version of the DevonWay BI software, which will be released at a later date - after more testing.
- Cleaned up several spurious errors that clutter up log files, making it easier to identify legitimate errors.
- Enhanced our internal automated testing framework to test more components, including RESTConnect.
- Made the generation of attachment thumbnails more reliable.
- Improved the reliability of marking items read and unread.
- Plus many other small but important changes.
