April 19th, 2018 Update

• Trending Improvements:
  • Baselines: Ability to customize the period used to calculate statistical process control baselines
  • Row-by-row Heat Maps: Displays separate heat maps per row
  • Period Navigation: Quickly move from one period to another without going back to initial trend screen
  • Outlier Detection: Optionally configure trend profiles to identify and highlight outliers
  • Other New Criteria: Doubled the amount of trend-profile filter criteria options
  • Dataset Support: Allow trending on searches based on datasets
  • Notification Support: Create notifications on trend searches that trigger based on cell coloring
• Other updates:
  • Date Formatting: Calculated dates now display as expected for subscribers with custom date formats defined
  • Multi-module Live Tiles: Now show first few columns from grid results, just like single-module searches
  • Maintain Users: Now select from a hierarchical list of reporting authorities when granting role access

March 8th, 2018 Update

• Trending: (This is a beta version that contains most of the major features but is not yet complete. Please report any unexpected behavior to help us quickly improve the feature.)
  • Heat Maps: High-level view of your data to validate operating within optimal performance levels
  • Automatic Alerts: Alert automatically when deviations occur
  • Statistical Process Controls: Apply statistical process controls in seconds, no Data Scientist required
• Other updates:
  • Improved Excel exports from grid search
    • Identifiers, linked to open details
    • First row, frozen and bold
    • Columns widths, sized and word wrapped
    • Numbers, export as numbers, not text
  • Completing a workflow task in Grid search mode now requires entering edit mode first
  • Attachment searching is now explicitly supported only in list mode (users can no longer select this option other output modes) *Note: searching attachments has always been supported only in list mode
  • Removed Tile delete capabilities from the Users Admin screen
  • Additional improvements in preparation for upgrading the Search Engine
  • Optional support for fully hyphenated identifiers, ("TRAK 2018-0001" -> "TRAK-2018-0001"). Turning on this feature makes it easier to search for objects by their identifier.

January 11th, 2018 Update
