November 8th, 2017 Update

Attachments:
- Control over ordering attachments included in print outs
- Control over which attachments are included in print outs
From the Details view of the Attachments region, the order is controlled by modifying the numeric order in the 'Order' column. Note, smaller numbers print before larger numbers. From the same spot, unchecking 'Print' excludes that attachment from printing. Both of these settings are saved as a part of the object's data so making a change to these print settings will impact other users after the change gets saved.
October 12th, 2017 Update

Document Attachments (ex: Word, PDF, PowerPoint, etc.):
- Common document attachments such as Word, PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint now display thumbnails of the first page in the attachment's region.
- Thumbnails of the first page are now displayed in the attachment's region
- Clicking the thumbnail now opens a PDF representation of the attachment, even if the uploaded file is a different document type such as Word
- Clicking the download icon downloads the source filter

Miscellaneous:
- Filters for certain fields such as Working Task are now searchable in the filter field popup
- User experience surveys are now integrated into the desktop client. Note: this feature is optionally enabled by customers and surveys are only sent to users on a very infrequent basis.

Search and Reporting:
- Display as Grid now has additional data available for display and export:
- Assigned Date
- Created By and On
- Last Updated by and On
- Creation and Updating Process
- Current Assignee
- Working Task & Assignee
- Cross module searches can now be displayed as reports
- Advanced search filters now show the filter selections as a hierarchy when applicable
- Like an email inbox, searches displayed as a list or grid now indicate when an assignment has not been opened
- Display as Grid now has additional data available for display and export:

Guided Tours:
- Guided tours are now available within configured application modules. Customers can work with their support team to create application specific tours.
- When a tour is available within a module, a new button appears in the top menu bar indicating that a tour is available
- When users request a tour for an application or screen that has not yet had a tour defined, we now display a default tour and log the request for prioritization.
August 24th, 2017 Update
YourWay 2.39 was moved to the hosted Production area on August 24, 2017, and introduces the following major improvements:

Consolidated toolbar buttons in the upper right corner of the dashboard

- Help: Context sensitive help document (same as the old Help button)
- Guided tour: Context sensitive guided tour (more on this later)

- Requests: Open old print requests from this session
- Feedback: Tell us how you really feel
- My Profile: Change your password, notification options, etc.
- Messages: Revisit messages that automatically open when you logon

- YourWay X.XX: View current release notes
- Print requests are now accessible with one click

Cleaner display of search results:
- List mode search results now display the item's title on the first line, followed by descriptive information on the second line, and details on the third line
- Intelligent sorting in list mode: Results are automatically sorted by either relevance or last updated date depending on your search criteria.
- View output is now consolidated into one button

Expanded support for cross module searches:
- Additional system fields for filtering and output: Last Updated Date, Assigned Date, Current Assignee, etc.
- Field level sorting in grid mode

Guided Tours:
- Users may now take a context sensitive tour of the application by clicking the help icon then choosing "Guided Tour"
