Managing users in the Classic UI

Administrators who manage users in the Classic UI.

From the Application Administration menu on the Dashboard, administrators can view users in the system either by clicking [View All] or by entering specific criteria.
Reassigning objects from a search
From the search results screen, admins can click [Reassign] to change the current assignee on all assignments belonging to a particular employee (for example, if they've just retired), or click on the person's name to modify some attributes of their profile.
Typical actions when modifying a profile are:
- Resetting the password
- Re-enabling a user after they've been locked out due to too many unsuccessful login attempts
- Assigning roles and reporting authorities
- Assigning alternates, i.e. people who can view the user's assignments and act on their behalf
- Assigning the user to teams
- Managing the user's Dashboard Tiles
- Setting the User Type (used for automatically disabling inactive accounts)
- Setting Notification Preferences
- Setting SSO (Single Sign On) Behaviors (accounts can be set to not require the use of SSO)
- Setting the style for generated e-mail links if your subscriber is configured for Miramar
Reassigning Reports
Administrators with access to the Miramar (UI) User Administration screen can reassign Reports from one user to another.
