New features

• Cancel and Reopen Records Through the API: Integrations can now cancel a record, with a reason, or reopen it. This makes it easier to clean up duplicate records. Every action is recorded in the audit trail, just as it is in the application.

Enhancements and improvements

• Easier-to-Use Records and Search: Everyday tasks are now clearer and easier:
  • Record pages use the full width of your screen, giving tables more room.
  • Pop-up record windows open at the right size.
  • Checkboxes are easier to read, including in child-level rows.
  • Help links open the right Help Centre articles.
  • Tabbing between fields is smoother, including before Character (Large) fields.

• Usage Insights for Remaining Required Fields: We now track how often the Remaining Required Fields list is opened and used. This helps us improve it over time. Nothing looks or works differently, and no personal data is collected.

Bug fixes

• Status Filter Results and Counts: Filtering by status in Multi-module and Search All now shows the correct results and counts.
• Toolbar Showing the Wrong Language: The toolbar now always appears in your own language. Previously, you could sometimes see another user’s language after signing in.
• Action Assignee Search Errors: Searching by Action Assignee on General Actions now works without errors.
• Date Searches in Integrations: Integrations can once again search by date using the standard compact date format.
• Reference Picker Filtering: Reference pickers now follow their search criteria, so you only see the records you expect.
• Attachment Keyword Search: Keyword filters on attachments now work correctly, and matching attachments appear higher in results.
• Charts by Fiscal Year and Quarter: Custom charts grouped by Fiscal Year or Quarter now refresh correctly.
• Report Email Notifications: Report notifications now send reliably, with clearer guidance when a report is too large to email.
• Duplicate Mobile Submissions: If a mobile submission is sent again after a failed attempt, you now get the original record instead of a duplicate.
• Attachment Deletion and Record History: Deleting an attachment no longer removes the rest of that save’s history from the record.
• Missing Records in Large Downloads: Large downloads no longer skip records, so every record is included.
• Searching for Exact Phrases and Special Characters: Search now handles quoted phrases, hyphenated IDs and names written as “Last, First” more reliably.
• Attaching Outlook Emails: You can now attach valid Outlook .eml files. Files that are not genuine emails are still blocked.
• Charts Using “Or” Filters: Charts with a custom “or” filter now show all matching results instead of just one.
• Summary Rows in Grouped Search: In grouped search results, the summary row now appears below the data, where you’d expect it.
• Adding Users Without Errors: adding a user no longer shows an error message.
