Elevated roles that restrict User access and data visibility required.
Administrators are an organization’s application experts. They are the ones who know the application inside and out, put forth change requests, and manage the functionality of applications.
A company may choose to have one admin perform all administrative duties, or these duties may be split amongst multiple admins. Administrators need multiple administrative roles to perform their admin duties, each with a different purpose.
Administrative functions are accessed from the gear icon on the left of the home screen. Depending on the assigned role this screen will have multiple groups of administrative regions.
