Enterprise or DecaniAdministrators and Users who want to know about changes to the platform
No elevated permissions are required.
Both internal and external customers require notification of platform releases to avoid scheduling production changes, such as go-lives and module specific changes. Although platform releases are designed to be no-downtime releases, we aim to mitigate any unforeseen issues that might occur if application changes are implemented concurrently.
Please note that future release dates are subject to change, typically to provide additional time for testing or to respond to newly identified issues, though we don't expect that to be a common occurrence. Any date adjustments may have ripple effects on subsequent release dates.
Mobile release roadmap and release notes Mobile applications have a separate Mobile release roadmap and release notes. Beta versions of the app can be used for testing, the release changes 30 days prior to the release date.
Platform updates
For Ideagen customers that host their environments in a customer-hosted environment (on-premises), the future Long-Term Support (LTS) dates (listed in the section headings) are estimates of when the LTS release could be available for those customers, which is as early as a week after the most recent release has been installed in the EU and Canada hosted areas. Starting with 2.55, the LTS release is (and will be) based on the last minor release (typically .5). Details on LTS releases will be communicated through support tickets.
All release dates below are for Production environments. We apply these same updates in Config (Build, Test, UAT) areas six or seven days before the US, EU, and Canada Production dates and three days before the US Government Cloud (FedRAMP) Production dates.
Date changes Dates marked with an asterisk (*) have been adjusted from the typical cadence to accommodate public holidays or other noted exceptions.
Beta testing available As part of the final phase of a platform features release, users can enable the Beta Feature to view and test the platform changes before they are released into production.
