Platform releases are scheduled on a regular cadence. Review the tables below to avoid scheduling production changes — such as go-lives or module-specific updates — during release windows, reducing the risk of overlapping changes causing issues.
Releases are designed to avoid downtime, but this coordination still matters. Release dates can shift, usually to allow additional testing or address a newly discovered issue, which may also move the dates of releases that follow. When a release is pushed or a date changes, a notification is published on the Technology updates community forum, customers can subscribe to be notified.
Mobile application release notes
Mobile applications have their own release notes. For more information see Ideagen EHSQ • Enterprise and Decani mobile release notes.
Beta versions of the mobile app are available for testing up to 30 days before the release date. For more details, please see Navigating mobile beta testing.
Platform releases
For Ideagen customers hosting their environments on-premises, the future Long-Term Support (LTS) dates mentioned in the section headings indicate approximately when the LTS release will be available. This is usually a week after the latest release has been installed in the EU and Canada hosted areas. From version 2.55 onwards, the LTS release will be based on the last minor release (usually ending in .5). More information about LTS releases will be shared through support tickets.
All the release dates listed below refer to Production environments. We apply the same updates to Config (Build, Test, UAT) environments approximately seven days before the Production dates in the US, EU, and Canada, and three days before the US Government Cloud (FedRAMP) Production dates.
Date changes
Dates with an asterisk (*) have been adjusted from the usual schedule to account for public holidays or other specified exceptions.
Beta testing available
During the final stage of a platform feature release, users have the option to enable the Beta Feature to explore and try out the platform updates before they go live.
