Using the admin audit trail
The Admin Audit Trail screen lets you see who has made changes to administrative tables and when they were made. For example, you can see if a person's password was updated on a particular day, or who changed the login page banner.
This shortcut is available to users with the User Access Control Administrator or the User and Team Viewer roles.
Admin Audit Trail logs display changes from the following areas:
- API Services
- Area Admin
- Components
- Cross Module Functions
- Incoming Web Services
- Log on Preferences
- Module Builder
- Module Import
- Module Tools
- Notifications
- Outgoing Web Services
- Password Changes

- Query Builder
- Reporting Authorities
- Reports and Charts
- Roles
- Schedules
- Subscriber Roles
- Teams
- Translations
- Trend Profiles
- User and Team Services
- Users/Profiles
- Other batch jobs, module, and object specific screens / processes
Additional filters to the Admin Audit Trail logs can quickly limit the list to keywords using Filter Search or featured filters such as:
- changes made over the past 7, 30, or a custom date range
- changes to a specific record
- changes to a specific field
- changes by a specific user
- actions such as Delete, Export, Insert, or Update
- initial or updated field values
