Enhancements and improvements
- Task submission improvement: records can now be updated and their related task completed in one step through RESTConnect, making integrations such as Mazlan faster and simpler to use. Rollbacks to prior tasks are supported as well.
Fixes
- Team Membership Updates: Improved how team membership changes are managed, ensuring that updates made to team members on the Users screen are accurately reflected in their Teams module objects.
- Large Action List Performance: Enhanced system performance when working with large Action Lists, helping users complete or close them more quickly and reliably
- Excel Export Improvements: Fixed an issue where search results that matched only on attachment content were listed on screen but omitted from Export to Excel.
- Person Interface Reliability: Scheduled Person Interface (HR feed) jobs imported successfully but their completion email failed to send, which also made the job report an error. Notification emails now correctly attach the file the job actually wrote.
- Child Grid Experience: Enhanced the user experience for grids that appear based on previous selections, allowing users to enter information immediately without additional steps.
- BI Reporting Enhancements: Improved BI reporting so newly available report fields can be selected and used in existing reports as expected.
- Attachment Field Toggle Behavior: Fixed an issue where attachment settings were not working correctly. When attachments are turned off for a field, users can no longer add or remove files, ensuring the setting works as expected.

New features
Support for Please Review Document Management Control Integration
A new "Please Review" field behavior type has been introduced to enable integration with the Please Review Document Control feature.
By configuring a field with the Please Review behavior type, modules can enable direct integration with the Please Review document management control and workflow. This integration is supported only for customers whose environments are integrated with Mazlan Home.
Enhancements and improvements
Subscriber level search indexing
Refined management of search indexes at the subscriber level, delivering a faster, more reliable, and more consistent search experience for end users.
Object load performance optimization
Records and objects now load more rapidly, enhancing the overall user experience, particularly when interacting with large datasets.
RESTConnect response cache
Implemented response caching to improve system responsiveness during peak activity, accelerating data retrieval and overall system performance.
Bug fixes
Bug Fix 1: Improved Reporting Search Stability
Addressed a defect that could cause the reporting user selection window to become unresponsive when displaying a large volume of results.
Bug Fix 2: Module Save Reliability
Resolved a defect where modules could fail to save when containing large text entries within rules or configuration settings.
Bug Fix 3: Employee Record Creation via Integration
Resolved an issue that could prevent employee records from being created successfully through integrations under specific conditions.
Bug Fix 4: Korean Language Display Correction
Corrected a rendering issue that caused Korean text to display incorrectly in the collapsed workflow menu.
Bug Fix 5: Sign-In Reliability During Search Index Issues
- Resolved a defect where users could be prevented from signing in when the search index was in an unhealthy state, despite their credentials being valid. Sign-in no longer depends on the search index. If search becomes unavailable, search and pick-list functionality is degraded while users can still sign in and work with their records.
Version 2.65.0.2
Build: 2.65.0.2-1621 (87e10890b)
Release dates:
- 11 Aug 2026: US Production
- 12 Aug 2026: EU Production
- 13 Aug 2026: Canada Production
Fixes
- Fixed an issue causing elevated CPU and memory usage under load. (carried forward from 2.65.0.1)
- Fixed an issue causing a general error when saving, compiling, or importing a module containing very long quoted text within DXL logic. (carried forward from 2.65.0.1)
- Fixed an issue causing unnecessary reprocessing of user session context during search and mobile data sync operations, improving performance for large reference-data syncs.
- Fixed an issue causing repeated recompilation of internal parsing logic on every inter-service command, reducing processing overhead.
- Fixed an issue causing search responses to include unrequested data, reducing response size and memory usage.
- Fixed two issues that could incorrectly hide records from search results for users with legitimate access to those records, in certain configurations. Access was previously lost once a user was no longer the assignee, and records with multiple access-control allowlist entries could be excluded from results.
Version 2.65.0.1
Build: 2.65.0.1-1618 (87e10890b)

New features
BETA ONLY - Pre-built visualizations for small screens
Pre-built visualizations including Aging, Due Date, Net Resolution, and Single-Metric are now responsive and interactive on small screens. Visualizations fit within mobile layouts without display issues, and tooltips, legends, and chart interactions remain fully functional.
BETA ONLY - Custom filters (AND/OR) UI for small screens
The Custom Filters interface has been optimized for mobile use. AND/OR controls and filter fields now display correctly on small screens, and users can add, edit, and remove filter conditions more easily without affecting desktop functionality.
BETA ONLY - Out of scope reports – unsupported report types on small screens
Unsupported report types now have mobile-friendly handling on small screens. When an unsupported report is opened on mobile, users see a clear placeholder that explains the report type is not supported in the mobile view and guides them toward supported report formats.
Users cannot create unsupported report types from mobile devices, but they can switch to supported formats where available. Desktop report behavior and rendering remain unchanged.
Encrypted text and date field type
A new encrypted text and date field type has been introduced to securely store sensitive PII and PHI data etc.
Enhancements/Improvements
Orphaned documents cleanup from index
Deleted or missing records are now automatically removed from the search index. This prevents outdated or invalid results from appearing in searches and improves the reliability of search results.

Bug fixes
Relative date filters resolving in the server's time zone (US Production only)
- Fixed an issue where relative date conditions — Today, This Week, Last Month, Next 30 Days and similar — were evaluated against the server's time zone rather than the user's time zone. Because US servers run in UTC, searches and scheduled search notifications that run in the evening resolved these conditions to the following day. An end-of-day report using Today, for example, listed items due tomorrow rather than items due today. This affected US Production only, as other environments were not impacted, as their server time zone has not changed.
- Date conditions now resolve using the time zone set on the user's profile, falling back to the organization's configured primary time zone where the profile does not specify one. Daylight saving is handled automatically. Where no time zone is configured, behavior is unchanged.
- Applies to searches, saved searches, and search notifications. Note: Other areas that display server time, such as the Days Until Due measure, are addressed separately.
Child field drilldowns using wrong filter type
Fixed an issue where child field drilldowns used the wrong filter type for Reference, Picklist, and User fields, leading to incorrect chart drilldown results.
Exports limited to 5K rows
Fixed an issue where exports were limited to 5,000 rows instead of honoring the maximum result window of 65,535 rows.
OpenSearch strict and quoted search handling
Fixed an issue where the search index search bar did not correctly respect strict or quoted search terms. Searches such as "Child Bear" now return the expected results.
Person Search in Reporting
The person search and person-picker in reporting could become slow or stop responding when too many results were loaded. This has been fixed — searches now respond faster, blank searches return results immediately, and a helpful prompt "Type a name to search for people" guides users when needed.
