Users who want to learn about visualizations

Reporting authorities, roles, and record access controls restrict data visibility.

Custom visualizations are general-purpose visualizations that can be used with any module in the system. Each visualization type has unique options available.

Like other reports and visualizations, start by searching for records and applying filters using the Filters panel on the top of the screen.

Refine data using filters
When charting large data sets with over one hundred categories, a banner will appear across the top of the chart warning the user that not all data is displayed for performance reasons. Refine your search to limit the overall data returned.

Viewable search results
If multiple modules are selected, only the common header-level fields will be available for selection. No child-level fields will be included. See Understanding child-level searches for more information.
