Overview
Business intelligence (BI) is the collection of technologies that power the platform's search, reporting, charting, and data visualization capabilities. At the core of Ideagen Enterprise BI is a search engine that retrieves and structures data based on user-defined search criteria.
Together, the BI tools and user interface enable interactive reporting and data visualizations throughout the platform.
Each time a record is created or updated, its data is indexed by the search engine. This allows searches to return new data each time the search is performed and instantly adds relevant information to existing search result displays.
